The warranty against faulty materials and workmanship is for 12 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Accidental lens damage is not covered.
You can make your enquiry through any of the Mako Retail outlets. It doesn't have to be the same outlet where the sunglasses were bought from, it can be any retail outlet as long as they carry Mako sunglasses.
